Anirudh Bhargava, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist providing preventative cardiology care. He diagnoses and treats cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias, peripheral vascular disease and other cardiac conditions. In addition, he has extensive experience with many cardiovascular imaging techniques, utilizing technologies such as cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, advanced echocardiography and nuclear imaging to evaluate heart conditions accurately.

Originally from Alexandria, Louisiana, Dr. Bhargava completed a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience and behavior biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. While there, he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He completed medical school at Louisiana State University New Orleans, in New Orleans, Louisiana, with induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Then, he completed an internal medicine residency and a specialized cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. During his fellowship, he focused on advanced cardiac imaging along with general cardiac care.

Dr. Bhargava is driven by his passion for patient-centered care for patients of all walks of life, age, gender, and ethnicity. As a proud South Asian American, he is particularly interested in improving the cardiovascular health for those of South Asian descent (ie. Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Sri Lankan) and addressing the epidemic of heart disease within these populations. In addition to English, Dr. Bhargava is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.

Carl Carlino, M.D., is a cardiologist board certified in cardiovascular disease and nuclear cardiology. He provides convenient and wide ranging cardiovascular care close to home in Cedar Park, regularly guiding patients through general cardiology care and diagnostic testing such as nuclear stress tests, echocardiograms, Halter monitors and electrocardiograms (EKGs).

A native Texan from Plano, Dr. Carlino completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University. He completed medical training at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. Alexander R. Farr, M.D., is an interventional cardiologist in Austin, Texas. Dr. Farr specializes in heart catheterization and minimally invasive heart care. Originally from Houston, Dr. Katigbak graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology at the University of Houston. He earned a medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After completing his training in Houston, Dr. Katigbak furthered his medical training and completed a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Tulane University Health Science Center in New Orleans followed by subspecialty training in interventional cardiology at HMS Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Katigbak is certified in the interpretation of adult echocardiography, vascular imaging and cardiac CT imaging. He has co-authored several peer reviewed journal publications on coronary physiology, and he has special interests in cardiac imaging with echocardiography, valvular heart disease and coronary artery disease.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking and being with his close friends and family.

Abhijeet Koli, M.D., is a cardiologist in Georgetown, Texas. He is board certified in internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular computed tomography, echocardiography and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Koli graduated from University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, Texas. He completed a residency program with Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he served an additional year as a chief resident in internal medicine. Then, he completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Illinois Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Following his medical training, Dr. Koli practiced cardiology in Hawaii and earned several prestigious awards including Faculty of the Year at the University of Hawaii Family Medicine program and has been repeatedly named a Castle Connelly Top Doctor.

Dr. McCoy has worked at major teaching hospitals affiliated with both Case Western Reserve University and Texas A&M University, where he was involved in the education of medical students, residents and cardiology fellows. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Josh McKay, M.D., is a cardiologist board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear medicine. His areas of special interest include coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease and deep venous thrombosis. He also specializes in repairing small holes in the heart, called patent foramen ovale (PFO) and atrial septal defects (ASD), without needing open heart surgery.

Originally from League City, Texas, Dr. McKay obtained his B.S. degree in biomedical engineering from Texas A&M University, and then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. McKay completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama, and cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at Houston Methodist Hospital, where he was selected to be a chief cardiology fellow.

Dr. McKay has authored multiple articles in peer reviewed journals and a book chapter. In his spare time he enjoys sports, exercise, perfecting his BBQ recipes and spending time with his wife and kids.

Sergio A. Montano, M.D., is a cardiologist serving patients in Round Rock, Texas. He is board certified in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Montano earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed a residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico, followed by a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Chicago (NorthShore) in Evanston, Illinois.

Dr. Zikusoka earned her medical degree from Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, as well as a Master of Health Science degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She underwent her internal medicine residency and cardiovascular fellowship training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Through the years, Dr. Zikusoka's research findings have been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. Prior to relocating to Austin, she was a board member of the American Heart Association of Greater Baltimore.

Dr. Zikusoka holds board certification in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine. Her special interests include women's cardiovascular health, cardiovascular risk factor assessment and management, echocardiography and valvular heart disease.

In her free time, Dr. Zikusoka enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons while exploring Austin and the great outdoors.
